Working together with you, we can create a budget, help negotiate with vendors, select an appropriate event venue or just give you consultation advice. DnD Events prides themselves on offering a free “Get To Know Each Other” introduction meeting. This gives both parties the opportunity to meet and "get to know each other” without the worry of cost. We get to acquaint ourselves with you and your needs and give you the chance to question us in a mutually comfortable environment. Special Occasion – Day Of

This package includes:

  • Occasion preparation consultation meeting
  • Email and/or telephone consultations
  • Event decoration set up
  • Oversee food and beverage set up and requests
  • Ensure music is set up
  • Coordinate with vendors and deliver any payments, if necessary
  • Solve any problems or issues that arise

Special Occasion – Full Event

This package includes all of the above and:

  • Budget planning
  • Assist with invitation, place card and thank you cards orders
  • Assist with venue and vendor appointments i.e. Caterer, DJ/Band
  • Negotiate and confirm final arrangements with vendors
  • Attend and director rehearsal, if applicable

Wedding – Day Of

This package includes:

Wedding Planners
  • Wedding preparation consultation meeting
  • Email and/or telephone consultations
  • Preparation of wedding day itinerary
  • Attend and direct rehearsal
  • Coordinate with vendors and deliver any payments, if necessary
  • Attend, oversee and direct ceremony and reception
  • Solve any problems or issues that arise

Wedding – Complete Service

This package includes:

  • Wedding preparation consultation meeting
  • Email and/or telephone consultations
  • Budget planning
  • Offer design, theme and decor suggestions
  • Prepare and supply schedule and checklists
  • Assist with venue and vendor appointments ie Caterer, DJ/Band, Photographers, Florist
  • Negotiate and confirm final arrangements with vendors
  • Assist with invitation process and mail out
  • Provide information on marriage license and name change processes
  • Assist in seating plan and place cards
  • Attend and direct rehearsal
  • Attend, oversee and direct ceremony and reception
  • Solve any problems or issues that arise
